HR & Admin Executive
To assist in full spectrum of HR function but not limited to recruitment, employee database, training & development and all HR related administration functions.
Carry out basic clerical duties such as compiling records, filing, posting and other incidental clerical duties.
Responsible for leave management, overtime claims and access system.
Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Assist in day-to-day administration/operational tasks.
Assist HR related tasks including prepare HR and admin related letters, memo, conducting orientation for new staffs, assist to organize companies events/activities and etc.
Assist in ISO related documents preparation.
To assist on other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Good knowledge in Ms. Word & Excel.
Self-motivated, able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
Self-motivated, performance oriented professional
Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Malay.
Prefer candidate(s) who are experienced above 3 years.
