HR & Admin Executive

Resposibilities

  • To assist in full spectrum of HR function but not limited to recruitment, employee database, training & development and all HR related administration functions.
  • Carry out basic clerical duties such as compiling records, filing, posting and other incidental clerical duties.
  • Responsible for leave management, overtime claims and access system.
  • Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration/operational tasks.
  • Assist HR related tasks including prepare HR and admin related letters, memo, conducting orientation for new staffs, assist to organize companies events/activities and etc.
  • Assist in ISO related documents preparation.
  • To assist on other ad hoc tasks assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in Ms. Word & Excel.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
  • Self-motivated, performance oriented professional
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Malay.
  • Prefer candidate(s) who are experienced above 3 years.
